  • To manage plan access, billing, and renewals through Razorpay.
  • To verify organization identities and prevent fraudulent certificate issuance.

3. Certificate and verification data

Certificates issued through Certyfy are designed for public verification. This means:

  • Anyone with the certificate ID or QR code can verify its authenticity on our platform.
  • Public verification pages display the certificate details, issuer organization name, issue date, and verification status.
  • We do not display recipient contact information, internal notes, or non-public fields on verification pages unless explicitly configured by the issuer.
  • Revoked or expired certificates display their revoked status to prevent misuse.

4. Cookies and tracking technologies

Certyfy uses cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Maintain your session and authentication state.
  • Remember your preferences and settings.
  • Analyze traffic and usage patterns through privacy-respecting analytics.
